Gameplays: Chaos League

Chaos League is a video game released by French company Cyanide in 2004. It is a parody on American football emulators with strategic, role-playing and management elements. The game contains a large amount of violence, profanity, black humor, and filled with narration of cruel sarcasm.

The gameplay emulates college football matches by scoring as many touchdowns as possible in 10 minutes time. The touchdown counts when the player brings the ball over the line. After each touchdown the ball is transferred to the center of the field. During the match players are allowed to fight each other and use magic. During the match, players can get knocked out, injured and even killed. Players gain experience at the end of the match then they can learn new abilities and spells.

You are the coach-manager who takes one of the teams under your wing. Your task is to lead the team from the lower leagues up to the main cup. You rent a team of players and after winning a match your team brings the money back.

Teams consist of:

- Lineman is a powerful player who gains points in a fight with quarterback and loses them in a fight with bigfoot.

- Receiver is usually the fastest player on the team but physically he is weak. Gains points in a fight with linebackers and loses them with a quarterback.

- Linebacker is another powerful player who gains points in a fight with bigfoot and loses them in a fight with receiver.

- Quarterback gains points in a fight with receiver and loses them in a fight with lineman.

- Runningback is a universal player who gains points in a fight with a linebacker.

- Bigfoot is the most powerful player in the game but also the slowest one. Gains points in a fight with runningback and loses them in a fight with linebacker.

- Champion is a unique player with super powers. The team gets a champion after moving to the top division. Does not have any advantages or disadvantages in a fight with other players.

All players have general abilities and special spells available only to them. They can learn special spells after a certain amount of points is accumulated which depends on the positions of the players on the field.
